However, Rachel Vennya's car has a license plate number with three digits, although it starts with the number 1.

During the clarification with the investigator, Rachel Vennya admitted to buying the license plate about a year ago. She asked a friend for help in arranging the plate.

"For the B-319-RFS plate itself in October 2020, sister RV asked her friend for help to facilitate the procedural process of making the plate at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police. And the legality of the car is registered at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police," said Argo.

So, how much money did Rachel Vennya have to spend to get her license plate? Argo mentioned a million rupiah.

"In making the license plate, sister RV paid PNBP according to Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016 amounting to 7.5 million rupiah," concluded Argo.
