Kapanlagi.com - Nikita Mirzani's brother, Edwin, also visited the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding the summons of Vadel Badjideh. This summons was made to request clarification on the report by Nikita Mirzani, who accused Vadel of alleged molestation and abortion concerning her child, Lolly.
Initially, Vadel was scheduled to appear on Friday (27/9/2024), but his attendance had to be postponed because his legal team submitted a request for postponement citing Vadel's poor health condition.
Edwin also responded regarding the absence and questioned the basis of the postponement request which was submitted without supporting documents.
"If we are in school and request leave for illness, we bring a doctor's note, at least from a parent. My child cannot attend, that is the minimum. There is nothing here, no doctor, no parent," said Edwin at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (27/9/2024).

Edwin highlighted the ambiguity regarding Vadel's health condition, especially since the request for postponement was not accompanied by a doctor's letter. He emphasized that in legal matters, there should be official evidence, particularly if the reason given is illness.
"I don’t know why he’s feeling unwell. I just said earlier that even if he is sick, we need to know what kind of sickness. We at the office need a doctor's note, let alone with legal matters, don’t joke around, man," said Edwin.
Although Edwin does not want to get too involved in this case, he stated that as an older brother, his duty was sufficient by picking up Lolly from the apartment some time ago.
"I’m his uncle, I feel hesitant to dive deeper. My duty I consider sufficient until yesterday when I picked her up," revealed Edwin.
Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, also added that Vadel should have responded to the investigator's invitation to provide clarification. He reminded that absence without a strong reason could lead to new problems.
"It's strange to make unreasonable excuses, which will create new issues. I remind you that under the law, when a person is summoned and does not comply with the summons, there is a specific article for that," Fahmi Bachmid concluded.
