Kapanlagi.com - Vadel Badjideh canceled his examination at the South Jakarta Metro Police on September 27, 2024. Through his attorney, Razman Arif Nasution, Vadel requested a postponement of the examination until October 4, 2024, due to health reasons.
Regarding this, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, believes that Vadel should comply with the law and not look for excuses.
"Well, if I am in a legal process like this, I should comply, and not look for excuses that will only lead to your own downfall," said Fahmi Bachmid at the South Jakarta Police, Friday (28/9/2024).

Fahmi Bachmid stated that the reason for illness must be proven with an official letter. "Because if someone claims to be sick, it must be supported by evidence that they are indeed ill. If it's true, then why be afraid," said Fahmi.
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, said that Vadel's side has submitted a request for postponement of the examination to the investigator on Thursday (26/9/2024) night.
"Yesterday, the postponement letter from Vadel's legal representative was indeed submitted to the investigator," said Nurma Dewi.
Regarding Vadel's reason for absence, the doctor's certificate has been submitted by his legal representative to the investigator. Nevertheless, the investigator is still waiting for Vadel's presence according to the time that has been set.
"However, the investigator will still wait until 14:00 because indeed, that time, day, and date have already been determined. We will update again after 14:00 WIB," she said.
