Vanessa Angel's Mother-in-law Optimistic About Obtaining Custody Rights for Gala Sky

Kapanlagi.com - Vanessa Angel's mother-in-law, Faisal, is optimistic that his lawsuit against Doddy Sudrajat regarding the custody of his grandchild, Gala Sky Andriansyah, will be granted by the Panel of Judges.

"I am optimistic and confident. God willing, He will support the best outcome," said Faisal when met at his residence in Jakarta on Monday (6/12/2022).

Even if it is not granted, Faisal will accept it gracefully. According to him, the Panel of Judges knows what is best for his grandchild's future.

"The court knows better. The important thing is that this child's mental, psychological, and personal well-being is not disturbed. I hope the court's decision is the best," he said.

2. Officially Filed a Lawsuit

Faisal and his wife, Dewi, have officially filed a lawsuit against Doddy Sudrajat at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Friday (3/12/2021).

This step was taken after Doddy Sudrajat suddenly disagreed with Faisal's efforts to legalize custody of Gala.

3. Gala Will Be Cared for by the Faisal Family

However, before filing a petition in the Religious Court, Doddy had agreed that Gala would be cared for by the Faisal family.

"We submitted the petition and initially it was approved (by Mr. Doddy). There was no problem. Unexpectedly, along the way, he refused. Now we are suing to find out why he refused? That's the procedure. That's why we follow it," said Faisal.

The first trial of Faisal's lawsuit regarding custody of Gala Sky is scheduled to take place on December 15, 2021, with a mediation agenda.
