Virgoun Still Monitors Inara Rusli's Home CCTV, Eva Manurung Says It's Reasonable Because of This

One of the crucial pieces of evidence in the Inara Rusli case is the widely circulated CCTV footage. Many parties are questioning how the recording from inside the house could have leaked. In response to this, Eva Manurung shared her views regarding the CCTV access in the house occupied by Inara.

Eva mentioned that the house is essentially owned by Virgoun and intended for the children. Therefore, she believes it is reasonable for Virgoun to still have access to monitor the state of the house through CCTV.

"Oh, I see. The problem is like this. I don’t know. That house is Virgoun’s house, the house of the children. It was given to the children. Okay? There is a possibility, yes, there is a possibility why I am saying this, they have an agreement. Understand?" said Eva Manurung in the Cibubur area, East Jakarta, Thursday (27/11/20205).

According to Eva, Virgoun has the right to monitor his children's activities even when he is far away or out of town. CCTV serves as a means for Virgoun to ensure the condition of his children.

"I don’t know for sure. This is the presumption of innocence. Because for CCTV, it is together. Virgoun can monitor. He can see what his children are doing at home. He has the right? Yes. He has the right," she explained.

Eva believes that Virgoun's access to the surveillance camera is still active to this day. This allows him to see the daily activities of the children, such as when they are sleeping or playing.

"Of course. Right? Seeing the kids when they are sleeping or doing something, look at this, he is out of town. There’s a possibility like that, you know," Eva added.

Nevertheless, Eva refused to speculate whether Virgoun was the one who leaked the recordings for legal purposes or not. She chose to leave that judgment to the authorized investigators and the legal team.

"Oh, I don't know much, I don't want to guess. Because that will depend on the legal investigators who will speak. Like that. Because my child also has a lawyer, Sandy. He is also actively working on this case," she concluded.
