While Crying, Kartika Putri Tells the Condition of Her Mother who is Still Unconscious Due to Covid-19

Kapanlagi.com - Kartika Putri tells the condition of her beloved mother, Masayu Puspita Diana Putri, who is currently undergoing intensive treatment at the hospital due to being infected with Covid-19. She said that her mother is still unconscious because she is on a ventilator.

"Mama's condition is still unconscious because she is intubated for ventilator use. Her saturation is not stable yet. Mama's CT scan, when we checked on the first day, was at 21, but today it has dropped to 15," said Kartika Putri during a virtual interview on Thursday (8/7).

Previously, two days ago, Kartika Putri uploaded a post on her Instagram account asking for prayers for her mother. Several artists such as Melly Goeslaw, Metha Yunatria, and Meggy Wulandari also prayed for her in the comments section of the post.

1. Directly Returning from Bali

In addition, what made her sad was that when her mother was exposed to Covid-19, Kartika Putri and her husband and children were in Bali. She remembered her mother's request before intubation for Kartika Putri to come home immediately.

“My mother's message before intubation was that I was still in Bali, 'Child, come home,' so I immediately returned to Jakarta. When she was exposed to Covid from the first day, she sent me several videos just asking me to come home, so that oma (grandma) could recover quickly, so that oma could hug Khalisa (grandchild),” said Kartika Putri while crying.

2. Husband's Support

Seeing his wife sad and crying every day, as a husband Habib Usman bin Yahya always gives encouragement and assures that his mother-in-law will recover soon.

“I told my wife to calm down and stop crying because she keeps crying. It's natural for a child to shed tears seeing their parents like that. But it shouldn't be prolonged. God willing, she will be healthy as confidently as possible. Praying for (the mother) that Allah gives her health, lifts her illness, and saves her from this corona punishment,” concluded Habib Usman bin Yahya.
