With Siren Sounds and Fireworks, Jakarta Fair 2022 Officially Opens - The Rain Performs First

Kapanlagi.com - After a two-year absence, the Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) Festival is back this year. Not wanting to miss out, several state officials attended the opening ceremony, which was held on Thursday (9/6).

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan was scheduled to inaugurate the opening of JFK 2022. In addition to the Jakarta Governor, Ralph said several other officials were scheduled to attend the JFK 2022 opening ceremony.

They include Erick Tohir, Anwar Usman and his wife, who is the younger sister of President Joko Widodo. In addition, the Leader of the Council of Syuro of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Hidayat Nur Wahid and also the Secretary General of the Central Leadership Council of the PPP Arsul Sani were also seen.

Certainly, the first day of Jakarta Fair 2022 was very festive. After the speech by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan was finished, a fireworks display immediately amazed the visitors to Jakarta Fair 2022.

Jakarta Fair will be held for 38 days, starting from today (9/6/2022) until July 17, 2022. The Jakarta Fair is a series of events celebrating the 495th anniversary of DKI Jakarta.

2. The Rain

The first day of Jakarta Fair 2022 was opened with a performance by the band The Rain. They started their act with the song 'Gagal Bersembunyi'.

"Finally, we meet again with friends here at Jakarta Fair after two years of pandemic. It's amazing," said Indra Prasta, the vocalist of The Rain, as he started the show on the main stage of Jakarta Fair 2022, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Thursday night (9/6).

"Going to work tomorrow? Let's stay motivated for those who still have time to come here. Let's reminisce with songs from 15 years ago," continued the vocalist.

Certainly, there will be a lot of excitement in the Jakarta Fair 2022 event. Besides The Rain, there are still many other stars who will enliven Jakarta Fair 2022 every day.
