Susan Sameh finally talked about her marriage to Khalid Atamimi which took place in Malang, East Java, on July 27, 2024. Susan revealed that she and Khalid actually just got to know each other and did not date before deciding to marry.
"Well, basically now I'm 27, which means I've been waiting for him and we are destined for each other, no one knows," said Susan Sameh when met in the Ampera area, South Jakarta, recently.
Susan continued that she and Khalid did not have a dating period before deciding to get married. "I also just got to know him, and it seems like we didn't date, we just felt compatible right away, Alhamdulillah," she expressed.
Billy Syahputra's ex-girlfriend explained that the decision to marry quickly was made after they felt compatible with each other. "This is the first time I'm telling you about how quite nervous I am. Getting to know him, Alhamdulillah, we just met and everything was immediately clear, then I got to know his family, so the introduction was really fast," said Susan.
Susan also provided a reason why they chose to marry quietly. According to her, this decision was made to avoid the negative impact of ill wishes from others out there.
"The reason is that I want to be afraid of the evil eye, right? Nowadays we don't know if there are people who genuinely pray for good or not, so it's more like, well, I have good intentions, intentions to worship, so it's more about really praying sincerely first, if everything goes smoothly and has been granted, then I will post it," she explained.
After getting married, Susan felt many changes in her life. She admitted to learning a lot about patience and keeping her heart. "There are many changes, I can learn to be more patient, especially in terms of keeping my heart and everything, so it's more like there are feelings that I have to maintain and responsibilities as a woman that I have to fulfill," she said.
Susan also asked for prayers from the public so that her marriage would go smoothly and receive the best from Allah. "Pray for us, pray for us, basically we leave everything to Allah, surely Allah will give the best," she concluded.
