Witness Exposes Allegations of Bad Behavior by Yama Carlos's Wife, Including Cheating and Alcoholism

Kapanlagi.com - The Tangerang District Court held another hearing in the divorce case of Yama Carlos and his wife, Arfita Dwi Putri, on Thursday (3/8/2023). This closed-door hearing was scheduled to hear the testimony of witnesses presented by Yama Carlos's party.

In the hearing, Yama Carlos was seen accompanied by his legal counsel and three witnesses, namely Nathalie, Linda, and Leni. Linda and Leni are former domestic assistants of Yama Carlos, while Nathalie is a friend of Yama and Arfita.

"These two domestic assistant witnesses mentioned Arfita's daily behavior, such as her tendency to get angry, neglecting the children, and knowing that Arfita drinks excessively," said Ricci, Yama Carlos's legal counsel, after the hearing.

1. ART Testimony

Not only that, the witness also revealed allegations of infidelity committed by Arfita. He is suspected to have a relationship with someone with the initials A who works in the Polri institution.

"In my opinion, the most solid witness is Nathalie. She knows about Arfita's affair with someone with the initials A, staying at her house with her extended family and Marco," said Ricci.

2. Yama Hopes to Get Custody of the Child

According to Yama Carlos, Nathalie is a key witness who can explain to the judge. He believes that Nathalie's testimony can prevent Arfita from having custody of their child, Marco Armanda Blessio Carlos.

"Today, Kak Nat (Nathalie) is the key to revealing the alleged adultery of the woman with the ASP figure along with the evidence," said Yama Carlos.

3. Arfita's Side Doubts the Testimony

Meanwhile, Arfita's side suspects that Yama Carlos' testimony has been directed to follow instructions. This suspicion, according to Arfita's legal counsel, is not without reason.

"We suspect that the witnesses brought forward have been directed, all witness statements must follow the desired instructions of the defendant, very structured they conveyed," said Yudi Wira Bangsawan, Arfita Dwi Putri's legal counsel.

"Because when asked about allegations of infidelity, the witness actually said they did not directly see it, they explained that they received information from their friend. It means they were not present during the alleged act of infidelity committed by Mrs. Arfita. The witness is the one who saw and heard it directly, not information from a third party, that's why we have some doubts. Then their domestic worker directs as if Mrs. Arfita is an irresponsible wife," he continued.

4. Regarding Yama and Arfita

For your information, Arfita Dwi Putri filed for divorce from Yama Carlos on February 21, 2023, at the Tangerang District Court, Banten. In addition to seeking a divorce, Arfita also hopes to obtain custody of their child, Marco Armanda Blessio Carlos.
