Working From Home, Ayu Dewi Teaches Her Children to Wash and Iron Clothes Themselves

Kapanlagi.com - The Corona virus makes people choose to stay at home, including the beautiful presenter Ayu Dewi. While at home, she apparently teaches her child various activities including washing and ironing clothes by themselves.

At least that's what can be seen from Ayu's Instagram post on Wednesday (18/3). She and her child were seen struggling with water, washing tub, brush, and clothes board. Ayu chose a special laundry soap for children for her child.

1. Laundry Manual

"Laundry manual. Learn to wash clothes using a washboard. Aqilah uses a foam one, and dakyu uses a wooden one. Aqilah uses special laundry soap for children or babies and chooses to use a brush. Of course, her beautiful mother uses a special soap," she wrote.

Aqila, her daughter, apparently enjoys this washing activity. She is so happy that she rinses the clothes while singing cheerfully.

2. Washing Clothes While Singing

"The reason why she is mumbling in the sixth photo is because she is rinsing while singing A WHOLE NEW WORLD. It doesn't matter as long as she experiences the excitement. After finishing, she also rinses the tools," Ayu continued.

In addition to washing, Ayu also taught Aqila how to iron. It wasn't easy, at first her daughter was reluctant until she became curious.

3. Feeling Nervous

"From being lazy, willing, focused, diligent, to learning how to fold. Then she became curious about using the iron for real and concentrated intensely while her mother observed carefully, afraid that her child would get burned," Ayu shared.

4. Having Fun with Children

According to Ayu, activities like this need to be done because children need to learn basic things like washing before eventually being replaced by machines. In addition, for her, this activity is also really fun.

"Actually, when you think about it, there are many fun things that can be done with children while restraining yourself to stay at home. For those who don't work, it's better to #StayAtHome," she concluded.
