Yukinobu De Fretes Experienced Trauma, Stress, and Depression After Being Involved in a Scandalous Video Case with Gisel

Apparently, it caused Nobu to experience deep trauma and even depression. Not only that, Nobu also experienced mental health issues.

"Like last year was the toughest year for me and I felt depressed and stressed and also had a little bit of mental disturbance," said Nobu at XXI Epicentrum, Wednesday (13/1/2022).

"Trauma is normal, when we have problems and also stress, we need to find peace," added Nobu.

1. Nobu's Biggest Mistake

The 19-second explicit video with Gisella Anastasia became Nobu's biggest mistake in life. The trauma that Nobu experienced came from the harsh comments of netizens who continued to insult him after the video spread.

"As you know, netizens' comments can be quite scary. That's what I was afraid of. It was too barbaric. I mean, I have never made such a big mistake before. But last year I did," he said.

2. Facing Work Problems

Not only that, Nobu also experienced strong mental burden and significant losses in his work. According to Nobu, some of his colleagues seemed hesitant to work with him.

"As for the trauma now, it's completely gone. Yesterday, for example, when I went out in public, I still felt embarrassed and scared. And most of my colleagues held back from working together," he said.

3. Do Therapy

Fortunately, Nobu still has friends who help him when he is in distress. In addition to friends, to relieve stress and trauma, Nobu also did therapy.

"The most I can share is that last year was the hardest year for me. Many friends also helped me," he said.

4. Better to Live
