10 Facts about Faul LIDA, Orphan Since Junior High School & Receives S3 Scholarship - Once Wanted to Propose to Lesti Kejora

Since childhood, this man, born on May 25, 1995, has been involved in the music world, precisely when he was in 2nd grade of elementary school. At that time, he focused on singing regional songs.

Faul's name became more well-known when he became the champion of Liga Dangdut Indonesia (LIDA) 2019. There is another interesting fact, when Indosiar contacted Faul that he passed the audition for LIDA 2019, he was in Turkey. The phone number he provided during the audition was left in Jakarta.

Another fact that you might not know yet is that Faul has always aspired to become an artist. Now his dream has come true thanks to his hard work.

In one episode of Indosiar while on the LIDA 2019 stage, it was revealed that Faul has been an orphan since 9th grade. His father went to Jakarta to attend his brother's wedding. After marrying off his child, Faul's father passed away.

Faul's sadness did not end there, 10 days after his father's departure, Faul's mother followed. He never expected to be left by both of his parents forever.

When his parents passed away, Faul did not have the chance to see them for the last time because he was in Aceh at that time.

Becoming an orphaned child does not make Faul LIDA discouraged and immersed in sadness, this Aceh-born man thinks that 'life must go on'. He received a scholarship for a Master's degree from Muhammadiyah University Jakarta where he pursued his education.

Not only a scholarship for a Master's degree, now he has received a scholarship for a Doctoral degree directly from the Governor of Aceh. Wow, already glowing, has a good voice, and smart too. What more can you ask for?

The last interesting fact is that Faul once wanted to propose to Lesti Kejora. It was revealed on the Indosiar stage and directly told by Lesti.

"So at that time, Dede was alone, Kak Faul was still in the process of writing her thesis. Dede asked, 'When do you want to get married, Dede? Are you willing to wait for me until I finish my Master's degree?' Then Dede said, 'Well, just come to my parents if you're serious,' but it turns out that this month he has already finished his Master's degree, and Dede already has someone else,'" said Lesti.

Faul can accept the reality and bravely let go of Lesti, who will be proposed by Rizky Billar on June 13th. He referred to Lesti as his best friend.
