170 Million Threatened to Disappear, Defri Juliant's Story Becomes a Victim of Alleged Fraud in Contractor's Investment

This incident began when Defri received an offer to invest capital in mid-2023. This capital will be used to work on a project by a contractor.

Defri is not familiar with the figure (contractor) who offered this investment. However, this contractor is someone who has dealt with his brother. Therefore, Defri just believed and immediately entrusted his money amounting to 70 million.

Defri's brother, who had known the contractor earlier, also entrusted his money amounting to 100 million as capital. In total, Defri and his brother's money amounted to 170 million.

The contractor promised Defri and his brother that the payment would start in October 2023. However, the money and profits have not been returned to them. Defri is still trying to think positively and patiently waiting.

Until the end of the year, Defri decided to ask the contractor if there were any obstacles related to the project that he and his brother were working on.

To his surprise, the contractor could not be contacted and when he went to his house, he was nowhere to be found. Defri didn't run out of ways to find the contractor.

He made a post on Facebook about this issue until it went viral. Only after it gained attention did the contractor respond to Defri's message.

Presumably out of fear, the contractor asked Defri to delete the post. Defri refused until the contractor agreed to meet with him and his brother.

The meeting finally took place. In the meeting, an agreement was made on a stamped paper with him to return all the capital amounting to 170 million according to the predetermined time.
