"This year's Ramadan is no different from last year, it's still the same, alhamdulillah, it should be more fun if the little one was here, but since he has passed, it feels just like usual," Ayu said when met on Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta, Tuesday (18/3/2025).

"I'm actually really happy because I've gotten used to it, and the support from my friends around me is mostly all about joking. So, it's also a learning experience," she said.

According to this person whose birth name is Ayu Rosmalina, the support from her colleagues on set greatly helps her to stay motivated, even though she has to keep learning to understand the world of comedy, which is not her main field.

Ayu acknowledges that working in the world of comedy is not easy, especially for someone like her who is better known as a singer. She feels she must keep learning to keep up with the jokes from senior comedians.

"Of course, we are not comedians, so we have to learn a lot more, learning every day. Sometimes when I'm really stressed and can't come up with jokes, it feels sad. When friends are tossing around jokes and we can't join in, it feels like a burden too," she said.
