Admitting to Using Psychotropic Drugs for 6 Months, This is the Threat of Punishment for Lucinta Luna

Kapanlagi.com - After undergoing an examination, Lucinta Luna was found to have consumed psychotropic substances. This was revealed through a urine test conducted by the police. From the test, Lucinta was declared positive for using benzos.

"In the suspect's urine test, LL is positive, positive for benzos, psychotropic drugs," said Kanit II Satres Narkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Ajun Komisaris Polisi Maulana Mukarom, when met on Tuesday (11/2/2020).

1. Consumption for 6 Months

Not only that, from the examination conducted by the police, it is known that Lucinta has been using the prohibited substance for 6 months.

"The statement from the suspect LL, the person in question has been using drugs for approximately six months," added Maulana.

Until now, Maulana revealed that Lucinta Luna is still undergoing examination. In addition, they are still conducting further investigation into the case.

Lucinta Luna was arrested by the police along with three other individuals in an apartment in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta on Tuesday (11/2/2020). In the arrest, Lucinta was apprehended along with evidence in the form of several ecstasy pills, riklona pills, and tramadol.

In this case, Lucinta is charged with the article regarding the abuse of psychotropic substances. She faces imprisonment for less than five years.

"Regarding the psychotropic substances law, the threat of punishment is less than five years," added Maulana.
