After investigation, it turns out that the religious marriage ceremony has been communicated with the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Based on regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, marriages can be conducted online. According to Hisbulatif's confession, Zaskia Gotik and Sirajuddin Mahmud will process their marriage registration with the KUA in early June.

"It can be registered. If everything is complete now, it can be registered online, and the processing will start in early June," said Hisbulatif.

2. Consultation with the KUA

Initially, Zaskia Gotik planned to hold the marriage ceremony on Monday (20/4/2020). However, based on consultations regarding marriages outside the KUA and the applicable circular letter, the family finally decided to choose April 22, 2020.

"Well, her initial plan was on the 20th (of April) for the ceremony. But I said that on the 20th, there is no marriage ceremony allowed outside the office according to the circular letter. According to the circular letter, from the 1st to the 21st of April, there is no new registration or new services provided. Secondly, there is no marriage ceremony allowed outside the office. Thirdly, they only serve marriages registered in March, but that is only for those in the office, not outside. Maybe because of that circular letter, the family chose the 22nd," he concluded.
