At the age of 42, Uut Permatasari decided to become a vegetarian. She also uploaded some daily food menus that she consumes.
One of them is vegetarian ramen without meat. She explained that as a vegetarian, she doesn't eat meat but still consumes eggs.
Despite being the wife of a government employee and a capital city artist, Uut Permatasari doesn't hesitate to show her relatively simple food menus.
Uut also showed that one of her food menus consists only of tofu with soy sauce. She enjoys one of her food menus without thinking about prestige.
In her Instagram stories post, Uut revealed that she used to be a vegetarian for 3 years.
"I used to be a vegetarian for three years, after giving birth to Mas Apik. Then, when I was pregnant with my second child, the doctor told me to eat nutritious food, including fish, so I'm no longer a vegetarian," she added, showing her vegetarian menu.
As she gets older, the dangdut singer and wife of a police officer decided to become a vegetarian.
"But now, as I'm getting older, I want to be a vegetarian again. It's definitely possible with determination, in the name of God," she concluded.
