Bleeding Due to Thickening of the Uterine Wall, Dewi Sanca Rushed to the Hospital - Needs Blood Donor

Kapanlagi.com - Surprising news came from dangdut singer Dewi Sanca. She had to be rushed to the hospital due to bleeding caused by thickening of the uterine wall or in medical terms called endometrial hyperplasia.

"I've been bleeding for a month non-stop. Because of the thickening of the uterine wall and cysts," said Dewi when contacted via Whatsapp message, Thursday (15/4/2021).

1. Undergo Blood Transfusion Before Dilation and Curettage

Dewi Sanca revealed that she was rushed to a hospital in Mangga Besar, West Jakarta, on Wednesday night (14/4/2021). After receiving treatment, she had to undergo a blood transfusion before the dilation and curettage process.

"I have to undergo dilation and curettage tomorrow morning. Today, I had a blood transfusion of six bags. I need a lot of blood," she explained.

2. Blood Type B Shortage

Due to the lack of blood supply for blood type B, Dewi Sanca has asked for help through Instagram. She hopes that there will be netizens who are willing to donate their blood to the Indonesian Red Cross.

The illness that Dewi is currently experiencing has forced her to cancel the Pulihkan Duniamu concert. The event was originally scheduled to be held today, Thursday.
