Celebrate Eid al-Adha in the Midst of a Pandemic, Dewi Perssik Shares Door-to-Door Qurbani Meat

Kapanlagi.com - Dewi Perssik is very grateful to still be able to perform the qurbani ritual on this year's Eid al-Adha despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The singer, who is affectionately called Depe, sacrificed cows in two places, namely Jember and Jakarta.

When met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Monday (19/7), Depe spent a total of Rp 150 million. However, the money was divided into two, Rp 50 million for Jakarta and Rp 150 million for Jember.

"I don't know (what kind of cow it is), I only gave Rp 50 million. I don't know what it looks like. But in Jember, I gave Rp 100 million, and here Rp 50 million," said Dewi Perssik.

1. Always Sacrifice Cows

Certainly, a sense of gratitude is constantly expressed by this 35-year-old woman. According to Angga Wijaya's wife, she believes that it is appropriate for her to do so considering her achievements so far.

Depe believes that the sacrificial animals that will be distributed are in accordance with what God has given her. So far, she has only sacrificed cows.

"Alhamdulillah, I have always sacrificed cows. It's like I have been given a lot of blessings by Allah, so why should I only buy goats? Even if it's goats, at least it can be balanced," she said.

2. No Need to Wait to Be Rich to Sacrifice

For Dewi Perssik, Eid al-Adha is a special occasion. Dewi Perssik also urges everyone not to have to wait until they are rich to be able to share.

"Moreover, this only happens once a year, next year we may not be able to enjoy Eid al-Adha. If you want to share, don't wait until you have a lot of fortune to share," she explained.

"Rich people may have a lot, but they may not have a good heart. At least it's not just the less fortunate, but even those who have excess also face difficulties during this pandemic," she continued.

3. Will be Shared Door To Door.

In addition, Dewi Perssik apparently collaborated with one of the organizations managing sacrificial animals. Later, the sacrificial animals will be distributed door to door considering the urgent pandemic situation.

"Later together, door to door. First to my neighbors in Lebak Bulus, then to several areas. Yesterday we also had activities distributing 2,000 packages of groceries and packed rice in several areas," she concluded.
