Child Arrested in Drug Case, Rita Sugiarto: Hopefully This is the Last One

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Rita Sugiarto considers the arrest of her son, Rafie Zimah, in relation to a drug case as a calamity. She hopes that her son can return to the right path and not repeat his actions.

"This is a calamity, hopefully this is the last time it will not happen again. Hopefully he can take lessons from what has happened," said Rita Sugiarto, met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Friday (21/5/2021).

1. Hoping Her Son Can Learn a Lesson

The singer of the song Dua Kursi (Two Chairs) does not deny feeling disappointed with her son's behavior. However, as a mother, she still has high hopes for her son to change.

"If disappointment is only that much, what else should a parent do? We need big hopes for our children. Being disappointed is not enough, Rafie should become a good child and stop doing bad things," she said.

2. Avoid Drugs

He, who also plays an important role in educating his children, hopes that Rafie will repent and no longer make mistakes in his social life.

"Yes, indeed, this is because of social interaction. This is also a lesson for everyone.
For my child, I hope he repents. For everyone, drugs are our problem, don't try drugs. For those who have already been involved, they must repent and quit forever," concluded the senior dangdut singer.
