Comparison of Appearance Before and After Wearing Hijab, Lesti Kejora: Old Photos Should Not Be Released Again

Kapanlagi.com - Lesti Kejora decided to consistently wear hijab since February 2019. Lesti herself admitted that she was hesitant and had many worries before finally wearing hijab. Especially about her career as a dangdut singer.

However, Rizky Billar's girlfriend said that there are actually many blessings and good things that she has gained after wearing hijab. Her career has also skyrocketed even though her appearance has changed.

"There are many blessings (in wearing hijab). From work, sustenance to a better life with family," she said in the latest episode of POLES, (20/5).

1. Family Becomes More Supportive of Career

Lesti mentioned that some family members who used to oppose her career as a dangdut singer have now changed and provided great support after finding out about Lesti's decision to wear hijab.

"Maybe previously there were family members who didn't approve of me being a dangdut singer. But when I decided to wear hijab, their support was amazing," she explained.

2. Often Compared

Another fact revealed by Lesti is that there are still many people who compare her appearance before and after wearing hijab. Although she tends to ignore comments from netizens, Lesti hopes that there will no longer be anyone sharing her old photos.

"Many. There are those who compare and say that I used to look prettier, more fashionable without hijab," Lesti said.

"As for me, I don't mind (letting them be), because that was the time when I was still young. But if possible, please don't keep sharing (photos before wearing hijab)," she added.
