Cici Paramida and Siti KDI Accompany Their Mother's Departure to Her Final Resting Place

The body of Hj Roesnaedi, the mother of Cici Paramida and Siti KDI, was buried at TPU Budi Dharma, Semper, North Jakarta, on Friday (18/4/2025) afternoon. Cici Paramida and Siti KDI also accompanied their mother to her final resting place.

"Yes, thank God we have just finished burying our beloved mother and everything went smoothly, it has been escorted from home, then prayed at the mosque near the house, thank God everything went well," said Siti at TPU Budi Dharma, Semper, North Jakarta, Friday (18/4/2025).

According to the singer of Bertaruh Rindu, many family members were present from the time their mother fell ill until her passing. She feels grateful because everything went well despite a brief rain.

"There were also siblings who were present, they faithfully kept coming since the beginning of mother’s illness, and until the end of her life they could be there again. Grateful because earlier it drizzled a bit, alhamdulillah everything went smoothly," she said.

For Cici, her mother was a figure full of attention and always wanted to make others happy. She stored many sweet memories while living with her mother.

"If it’s about mother, there are many memories, she was a person whose heart truly wanted to bring joy and happiness to others, so when others feel happy and joyful, that makes mother satisfied," said Cici.

Cici remembers how her mother always cooked her children’s favorite foods. That habit became a symbol of love that she would never forget.

"For example, if we are at home, our mother always makes our favorite food so that we want to eat her cooking, not just snack outside. We definitely enjoy eating our mother's food, but we don't want to burden her. But it turns out that makes our mother happy," she said.

Cici revealed that initially her mother only complained of a common cough. However, that complaint then developed into more serious symptoms.

"Yes, mother was sick at first, we didn't expect that her illness would fall into the severe category, because initially she only complained of a cough," said Cici.

Shortness of breath symptoms then appeared and the family took her to the doctor during the month of Ramadan. From the examination results, the doctor recommended an X-ray and stated that the mother was suffering from a lung infection.

"Then on the last day of treatment, there was a complaint of shortness of breath, so we finally recommended seeing a doctor, during the month of Ramadan. The doctor at that time said an X-ray was necessary, and it turned out that the mother was indicated to be infected with pneumonia, and it was recommended for her to be hospitalized," he concluded.
