Eva NTB Eliminated, Competition Among LIDA 2020 Participants Temporarily Stopped

She became a participant who was eliminated in the Top 12 group 3 result show concert held on Sunday night (5/4). Meanwhile, Gunawan (North Maluku), Aco (Southeast Sulawesi), and Janna (West Papua) successfully advanced to the next round.

The three participants who advanced will compete with other participants who have previously been declared to advance to the Top 9, namely Dini (North Sumatra), Diyah (East Java), Hari (Jambi), Melli (West Java), Nia (South Sulawesi), and Wulan (Banten).

In addition to announcing the participants who made it to the top 9 list at the end of the Top 12 group 3 result show concert, Indosiar also announced that the Top 9 of LIDA 2020 will be temporarily stopped until the condition is declared completely conducive due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

1. LIDA 2020 Temporarily Suspended

"Because the Covid-19 disaster has not subsided, in fact, the Covid-19 disaster continues to increase, Indosiar has decided to temporarily suspend LIDA 2020 only until the top 12. This decision had to be made because health and safety are the number one priority," said Gilang Dirga.

Several efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 have also been carried out during LIDA 2020. Starting from reducing the number of event participants to not inviting audiences to the studio.

"We have taken precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, starting from the SOP for audience entering the studio and event participants, and continuing with the absence of audiences in the studio, reducing the number of event participants, maintaining distance between event participants and avoiding physical contact, and now it is time for us to fully realize that we need to stop LIDA 2020 until the top 12. Indosiar will resume the Top 9 round until the grand final when the Covid-19 disaster has subsided," added Irfan Hakim.

2. Changed to Another Program

Meanwhile, Indosiar will replace the LIDA show with another program, namely LIDA at Home. It is confirmed that this program does not present competition among the remaining participants.
