Impact of the Corona Pandemic, Marisha Putri Promotes the Song 'Terlanjur Kaya' from Home

Kapanlagi.com - The outbreak of the corona virus has led the Government to recommend staying at home to help cut the chain of transmission. Singer and soap opera actress Marisha Putri also complies with the rules.

For her, not going out of the house is not too difficult to do. Although she certainly experiences boredom, Marisha admits that she doesn't go out of the house too often except for work or other clear purposes.

"For me, I'm used to responding to this, besides I also prefer to stay at home if there's no work. I also don't like crowds, except when I have a show. But if I'm at home without any activities, it's not pleasant either, I might gain weight. That's why I fill my time with activities like dancing and zumba at the gym at least 3 times a week. Cooking is also my hobby," she said when contacted recently.

Not only did her weight increase, but the owner of this bouncing dance also said that the corona outbreak has affected her work. "I actually had several shooting and show schedules, but they were all canceled. There are some in Surabaya, Medan, and even in Australia who didn't have a show," she continued.

A while ago, Marisha released a single titled Terlanjur Kaya. As a result, she couldn't do promotions as usual. Nevertheless, she is still grateful because she relies on social media, and her song is still being listened to by many people.

"Well, what can we do, this is a disaster from God. So we can't avoid it. Moreover, it's not only happening in Indonesia but also in other countries. Because I'm staying at home, I'm utilizing my time for promotions. Alhamdulillah, in just a few days, the views on YouTube have reached more than 39 thousand people," Marisha concluded.
