Experience Depression to the Point of Wanting to Commit Suicide, Clara Gopa Admits to Being Dependent on Sedatives

Of course, Clara had reasons for wanting to do such a thing. It turns out there were several causes, such as financial difficulties and internal family problems.

When met in the Gondangdia area, Central Jakarta recently, Clara Gopa explained that she was facing another problem. She said that lately she felt unappreciated by the people around her.

"I feel unappreciated, like I'm nobody. That's why I'm depressed, like a stressed person," Clara Gopa expressed.

1. Closed-off Person

Because of this incident, the closest people to this 30-year-old woman suggested that Clara confide more often. However, she finds it difficult to do so because Clara Gopa has a closed-off personality.

"After that incident, my manager suggested that I try to confide, but because Clara is closed-off, it's not easy to trust people and suddenly everything piles up," she said.

"Well, after this incident, I often share and confide there to pour out all the problems," she continued.

2. Dependence on Sedatives

In addition, Clara Gopa also admitted that she used to be dependent on sedatives. After consulting, the doctor finally advised her to stop taking sedatives.

"Enough, I was dependent on sedatives until finally I was told to stop, so I became a little restless even though I shouldn't, " she concluded.
