"To IU, IU fans, especially Vyanisty, and anyone who feels disadvantaged. I apologize for my latest music video that turned out to be very similar to IU's MV. There was absolutely no intention behind this, because I am not a fan of K-Pop in general, so I don't know much about K-Pop MVs," wrote Via Vallen.

Via also admitted that she is only familiar with BLACKPINK. As we know, Via often covers songs from girl groups under YG Entertainment.

She continued, "If I had known from the beginning that the MV for 'Kasih Dengarkanlah Aku' is very similar to someone else's MV, I would definitely have requested a concept change. Honestly, I am very EMBARRASSED when I found out. I will ask for the video to be taken down."
