Gandeng Dodit Mulyanto, Lek Dahlan Releases Single 'Udut Kopi' which is Funny and in Javanese Language

However, it should be known that he is the composer of the viral song Los Dol sung by Denny Caknan in recent times. In fact, before being performed by Denny, the song Los Dol was previously sung by Lek Dahlan himself.

After working as a composer, this time Lek Dahlan tries to venture into singing his own latest song titled Udut Kopi under the label of Milana Musik Nusantara. Not alone, Lek Dahlan collaborates with famous comedian, Dodit Mulyanto.

Udut Kopi is a dangdut song with arrangements influenced by various genres. The lyrics are written in Javanese language since both Lek Dahlan and Dodit are from Java.

The lack of seriousness in Lek Dahlan & Dodit's performance has caused the production of the song Udut Kopi to proceed quite slowly. In fact, for the making of the music video, Lek Dahlan and Dodit had to reshoot several times to achieve the best results.

The song Udut Kopi tells the story of a man who was born in poverty. He tries various ways to become rich in order to prevent his girlfriend from leaving him.

Lek Dahlan and Dodit try to convince us that all difficulties and suffering will disappear when we enjoy cigarettes and coffee (Udut Kopi), as the title of the song suggests.
