Gebby Vesta Reports Lucinta Luna for Revealing Gender Status and Causing Her Father to Have a Stroke

The incident happened two years ago when Lucinta shared a gender reassignment decision without permission. The letter contained Gebby's address, which led to her family being harassed by the public who were unaware of the situation.

"She shared my gender reassignment decision. My address was stated there. Since then, my family has been harassed by unknown individuals. My father had a stroke due to the shock. My mother doesn't want to go out anymore because she's afraid and embarrassed. I kept my status a secret, but when that information spread, people found out. Even my brother, who has a good job and position, became a victim of bullying because of his transgender sister. Our family secret was finally exposed," explained Gebby during a press conference in Kalibata, South Jakarta.

1. Called Hanoman

As if it's not enough, Lucinta Luna also repeatedly insulted Gebby Vesta with inappropriate words. One of them was when the singer shared a photo of Gebby with the caption Hanoman.

"I kept silent but she kept provoking. She said I'm not worthy of representing Indonesia in international events, insulted me as Wewe Gombel, Hanoman, and others. My photo was posted with the caption Hanoman, I stayed silent and patient because I thought she was just a crazy person, I didn't want to pay attention to her because I know she's a user," said Gebby.

2. Form of Self-Defense

Gebby Vesta's decision to report Lucinta Luna was a form of self-defense against Lucinta's behavior all this time.

"Actually, we didn't want this issue to arise, we even wanted to reconcile with her. But after seeing that they reported 18 accounts including Gebby's, we took this action. We initially considered it as entertainment, but it turned out like this," said Isa Sega, former manager of Lucinta Luna.
