Husband's Party Unable to Bring Witnesses, Nita Thalia's Legal Counsel: It's Just a Hoax

Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the divorce trial between Nita Thalia and her husband, Nurdin Rudythia, was held today, Wednesday (15/12) at the Religious Court, North Jakarta. The continuation trial is scheduled for a conclusion, which is conducted virtually or online.

Nita Thalia's lawyer, Feriyawansyah, when contacted by phone on the same day, stated that they denied all accusations from Nurdin Rudythia. They argue that the accusations were not proven with the presence of witnesses.

"Alhamdulillah, today's trial was conducted virtually/online. Today's agenda is the conclusion, and today we deny everything stated by Mr. Rudy in the evidence presented yesterday," said Feriyawansyah.

"Because they also couldn't prove it with their witnesses, they didn't present any witnesses at all. That's the fact," he continued.

1. Just Engineering

Not only that, the legal counsel also mentioned that Nurdin Rudythia's party only engineered the accusations. According to him, this is done to create an alibi and undermine the evidence that has been presented in the previous trial.

"This means that what they did was just engineering to alibi and undermine the evidence that we presented in the previous trial," he said.

2. There is Evidence of Letters and Witnesses

According to Feri, in the previous trial, the accusations made by Nita Thalia against her husband were supported by witnesses who had been presented. He emphasized that the evidence and witnesses provided by his client are true.

"In the previous trial, we have evidence of letters and it is supported by witnesses. That means we did not engineer anything," he added.
