At the beginning, Ridho responded when Syifa's father mentioned his name. "Ananda Ridho Syafaruddin," said Rizal Fauzia when starting the marriage vows.

"Me, sir," answered Ridho.

Hearing Ridho's response, the officiant asked for a repeat. The officiant stopped the reading of the marriage vows for the second time because Ridho was too hasty while Syifa's father's sentence had not finished yet.

For the third time, Ridho finally managed to recite the marriage vows, although not with a single breath. The officiant then confirmed the marriage.

2. Mas Kawin

Ridho proposes to Syifa with a dowry in the form of 57.05 grams of gold jewelry, $188 in cash, and a set of prayer tools.

"I accept the marriage and Syifa Aisyah Fauziah binti Rizal Fauzia as my wife with a dowry of 57.05 grams of gold jewelry, $188 in cash, and a set of prayer tools paid in cash," said Ridho, immediately approved by the marriage officiant.

Both the bride and groom looked relieved. With this, they are legally recognized as husband and wife according to both religious and state laws.
