Ikke Nurjanah Admits There Is Fear After Her Daughter Gets Married: I Am Still Between Yes or No

Happiness is enveloping the family of senior dangdut singer Ikke Nurjanah. Her only daughter from her marriage to Aldi Bragi, Siti Adira Kania, will soon leave her single life behind. However, amidst the joy, the singer does not deny that there are feelings of uncertainty and fear creeping into her heart.

This was expressed by the 51-year-old woman when she was met in the Blok M area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/7/2025). According to her, the process of letting go of her only daughter towards the wedding gate is not an easy thing.

Although the preparations are going smoothly in her child's hands, Ikke Nurjanah admits she is still adapting to the reality that her daughter will soon have a new life. She feels a mix of disbelief and worry.

"I am still unsure whether my child will get married or not. There is a fear of how I will go through that process and a change that I am currently adjusting to. But thank God my child will go through that stage," she said.

One of the most felt changes is the shift in roles. Dira, who used to always share stories with her, now has a fiancé as her main sharing partner.

"Now she has friends to share stories with, before it was just with her mother. Now she has a partner, so she shares her stories. When they meet, that's when she shares. But I'm happy to be able to share stories with my future son-in-law," explained Ikke.
