Inul Daratista Explains the Reason She Never Bargains for the Price of Goods Purchased

Inul admitted that her parents taught her to pay the price given by the seller. Especially when she buys from small traders.

"Since I was little, my parents would get very angry if I negotiate with sellers or small traders. Even though we are poor, we are not allowed to bargain. Because for them, even a small profit is very valuable," Inul said in her Instagram post (27/1).

1. Not Taught to Beg

Since childhood, Inul has been taught to always forget everything that has been given to others. She is also asked to get used to not begging when she has nothing.

"Since childhood, I was not allowed to beg so that my family and I couldn't eat. I was taught to be a selfless giver and forget about the results of our giving and not count what we have let go and practiced," she explained.

Some time ago, Inul Daratista celebrated her 41st birthday. On her special day, Inul asked that her birthday not be celebrated with a grand and extravagant party.
