Stand Out, LIDA 2020 Contestants Scare Nita Thalia - Inul Daratista

Kapanlagi.com - The Indonesian Dangdut League Competition (LIDA) 2020 has now entered a new phase. After successfully holding online auditions and roadshows to various regions, 70 participants were selected who passed and can proceed to the next stage, which is the auditions in Jakarta.

The participants from 34 provinces showcased their abilities in front of the judges. A number of Indonesian dangdut singers were chosen to assess the participants' abilities. In the auditions in North Sumatra province some time ago, Inul Daratista, Nita Thalia, and Fildan were present as judges.

Two participants who attended, Dimas Aldy Prayoga from Langkat and Kiki from Medan, stood out from the other participants. Dimas and Kiki deliberately dressed up with a chilling theme.

1. Wearing Ghost Costume

Unlike most other participants, Dimas appeared with complete makeup and costumes resembling characters from horror films.

Seeing Dimas' arrival, Inul, Nita, and Fildan ran away. "You came all the way from North Sumatra and dressed like this," said Inul with an annoyed tone after being surprised.

"I'm used to playing ghosts. We're not here to scare people. We entertain, we have fun," explained Dhimas. He then sang the song titled Sebujur Bangkai by Rhoma Irama. Unfortunately, his performance couldn't make Dhimas pass.

2. Bringing a Mysterious Doll

Not much different from Dhimas, Kiki also intentionally came with a frightening appearance. He dressed up like the magician Riana. Kiki even brought a mysterious doll into the audition room.

Once again, the judges were scared seeing this audition participant. Kiki performed the song Boneka India. Right before his performance, the doll Kiki brought suddenly moved and made Nita Thalia run away in a hurry. Watch the video here.
