Is an Instagram Account Attached as Evidence in the Divorce Trial, Husband Claims Nita Thalia Cheated

Kapanlagi.com - Feriyawasyah, lawyer for dangdut singer Nita Thalia, denies the accusations made by Nurdin Rudythia that the breakdown of their marriage was due to a third party. The accusations come from a fake Instagram account allegedly owned by a man.

"Regarding the issue of the fake account that came between their relationship. Well, that account is not Nita's account, it is a fake account that is accused of cheating, they say it's another man but that is not true," said Feriyawansyah when contacted by phone on Tuesday (15/12).

1. Long Known

Both Nita Thalia herself and her husband have actually known about the existence of the fake account long before they separated. However, until now they do not know who is behind the account. Not only that, it turns out that the account was going to be reported to the authorities.

"We don't know, and actually Mr. Rudy and Mrs. Nita have known about that account, they have told Mr. Rudy and even wanted to make a report," he said.

In addition, in the ongoing trial held today, Tuesday (15/12) at the North Jakarta Court, Nurdin Rudythia actually attached the account as evidence in the divorce trial. The legal counsel once again emphasized that the account does not belong to their client.

"But instead, Mr. Rudy used it as evidence, it's funny. Yes, they don't know and in fact it's not Nita's account either," he added.
