Jenita Janet's Party Disappointed That Ex-Husband's Harley Davidson Motorcycle Was Not Included in the Asset Lawsuit

Kapanlagi.com - Not all of Alief Hedy Nurmaulid's lawsuits, the former husband of Jenita Janet regarding joint property were granted by the panel of judges of the Bekasi Religious Court. From the trial results, Alief received one-fourth of the joint property. Out of the six properties submitted by Alief, only four were granted by the panel of judges.

"Well, the result inside is in line with our expectations. So the plaintiff finally gets one-fourth of the six properties submitted, only four are included in the joint property," said Jenita Janet's legal counsel, Yopie at the Bekasi Religious Court, Wednesday (10/6/2021).

There are several lawsuits by Alief that were granted by the panel of judges, namely a house in Serpong, Gateway Pasteur Apartments, Honda Civic car, and Toyota Alphard. However, there is one lawsuit that is not considered joint property, namely Alief's Harley Davidson motorcycle.

"If one of them is a house, the reason is strong, but the other one, the Harley Davidson, was not included by the judge, and in the third hearing decision, the Harley was present, even though it was not present," he said.

"So regardless of that, maybe he has authority there, so there are four properties included in the joint property, namely Gateway apartment, Civic car, Alphard. But from this, Alif's share is only one-fourth, because it is in accordance with the jurisprudence," he added.

1. Disappointment from Jenita Janet's Party

As the legal counsel, Yopie admitted to being disappointed with the Harley Davidson motorcycle that was not included in the joint property lawsuit. Even though Alief Hedy Nurmaulid himself had previously included the Harley in the joint property lawsuit. "The Harley Davidson that was not mentioned, we are disappointed. They mentioned the Harley Davidson in the joint property but requested a separate hearing to show it, but it was not included," said Yopie. "But, if we talk about satisfaction, to be honest, we are not fully satisfied. But there's still a sense of dissatisfaction because from the beginning, our target was the Harley Davidson," concluded Yopie.  

2. Divorced Last Year

As known, after officially divorcing Jenita Janet, Alief filed a joint property lawsuit consisting of one house, one apartment unit, one motorcycle, and two car units.

Meanwhile, after building a marital ship for nine months, Jenita Janet filed for divorce from Alief Hedy Nurmaulid at the Bekasi Religious Court on December 4, 2019. On March 17, 2020, the panel of judges at the Bekasi Religious Court officially granted the divorce of Jenita Janet and Alief.
