Lesti Answers Rizky Billar's Proposal Through a Song

Under the label of 3D Entertainment and STREAM Entertainment as artist management, Lesti has released her latest single titled Bawa Aku Ke Penghulu, written by Adibal Sahrul.  This song is Rizky Billar's proposal to Lesti, with a different style.

In this song, Lesti expresses her readiness to be her lover's life companion in the future.  Wrapped in cheerful music, it does not diminish Lesti's quality, who is known for her heart-wrenching mellow dangdut singer. 

Since the first time she heard this song, Lesti immediately agreed to sing it.  “I like the music that makes me happy, and it really goes well with the lyrics.  So this music is perfect to accompany light and straightforward lyrics like the song Bawa Aku Ke Penghulu,” explained Lesti. 

The recording process only took a few hours, just like the music video. For the first time, Lesti's music video was created in a very short time.

However, this time Lesti's music video looks different from before. The concept highlights regional elements adorned with various ornaments that emphasize aesthetics.

This is inspired by Lesti's previous background as a local child, who has now succeeded in becoming an idol for many people, often referred to as the 'Diva of Dangdut' because of her singing quality.

"The shooting was really fast, and it was difficult to find a schedule, but finally we managed to do it even though it was only half a day. But from the moment I arrived at the location, I liked it. The concept is different, fresher, and it was done by young people, adding new life to the song in this music video," said Lesti.

Not only the song and music video are very harmonious, bringing a sense of happiness, but Lesti's positive energy also mesmerizes the viewers of her music video, bringing them into the happiness that Lesti is currently experiencing.

Bawa Aku Ke Penghulu is Lesti's 12th single since she became the champion of the first season of Dangdut Academy singing competition in 2014. Every new single from Lesti is always eagerly awaited by her fans, known as Lesti lovers and Leslar Lovers.

After the previous music videos consecutively reached the #1 trending position on YouTube, Bawa Aku Ke Penghulu continues to climb and is currently at the #2 trending position on YouTube for music, since its release on May 25, 2021.
