Lesti Takes the Positive Side When Staying at Home Because of Corona, Has Plenty of Time for Family

Kapanlagi.com - The spread of the corona outbreak in almost all regions of Indonesia has prompted the government to implement policies for social distancing or maintaining a distance between one person and another, and the public is asked to stay at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Indonesian celebrities also support the government's policy by promoting the slogan "Di Rumah Aja" (Just Stay at Home). And they comply by limiting their activities outside the house. One of them is Lesti.

This Dangdut Academy graduate and current LIDA 2020 judge admits to limiting her activities outside the house, except as a judge for LIDA.

"I'm restricted, now I'm only busy with Indosiar because LIDA must continue. Besides that, if there's no schedule, I stay at home," said Lesti when contacted by KapanLagi, Tuesday (24/3).

1. All Activities at Home

Since the announcement of social distance and Stay at Home by the government, Lesti admitted that all activities, including off-air events, had to be postponed, and currently she continues her studies at home online. 

"Yes, off-air events have been postponed because they are not allowed. And now, my studies are also at home, online. So now all activities are at home," said the 20-year-old dangdut singer. 

2. Many Positive Things

Although almost all of her concert schedules have been postponed, Lesti remains grateful. The singer of the song Egois has taken many positive things from this COVID-19 situation. 

"Yes, it's boring. But the positive side is that I have more time for my family now, gathering with them and doing many activities at home, and my studies are still ongoing even though online. So I still wake up early," she added.
