Always seen alone in recent years, Erie Suzan admits that she was mistaken for a same-sex lover. She finally speaks out about it. Erie has apparently been in a romantic relationship for 11 years. Take a closer look.

The news about her being rumored as a same-sex lover was revealed by Erie herself when she was met in Cikini, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (20/8). However, she emphasized that she currently has a partner.

"Secret, definitely a guy. Because there are rumors like this (same-sex lovers)," the singer who until now still exists on the screen said.

Furthermore, he doesn't care about the negative gossip that comes his way. Erie chooses to focus on the people who love him rather than his haters.

"They don't know about my daily life. Personally, I have no obligation to explain or please everyone. My focus is not there, my focus is on the people who love me," he continued.

"So if you say I'm still alone until now, actually I'm not alone. I already have someone who loves me, who supports my work," added Erie.

Furthermore, Erie revealed that his relationship with this secret lover has been going on for 11 years. Interestingly, it seems that they still haven't reached a serious stage.

"Maybe the relationship hasn't reached a more serious stage yet, but it is a serious relationship. Wow, how many years (have they been dating), 11 years," he explained.

Although he is already in his 40s, Erie has no ambition to get married. Moreover, he really wants to get married only once in his lifetime.
