Newly Hold Official Marriage Ceremony, Zaskia Gotik and Sirajuddin Await Documents from Kalimantan

Kapanlagi.com - After approximately one month since their religious wedding ceremony, Zaskia Gotik and Sirajuddin Mahmud Sabang finally legalized their marriage in the country. Yesterday, Monday, (1/6) this dangdut singer got married legally in Cikarang, West Java.

There are reasons why Zaskia and Sirajuddin held their happy event yesterday. One of the reasons is to avoid the isbat session.

"Yes, we are not allowed to exceed 60 days of registration. So if the wedding date is on the 1st, it's only a few days. If it's more than a month, it shouldn't exceed 60 days. If it exceeds, it has to go through the isbat process," said H. Hisbullatif, the Head of Cikarang KUA when contacted by the media.

1. Attended by Few People

Due to the ongoing pandemic, Zaskia and Sirajuddin's wedding was not attended by many people. The protocol allowed only 10 people, including the bride and groom and the witnesses. The same goes for Zaskia's wedding, which was attended by a few people, including the cameraman.

Zaskia herself did not invite many people, only herself and her husband. And the marriage guardian, which is her parents, and the witnesses to validate the marriage.

2. Complete Requirements

In this ceremony, Sirajuddin once again made the marriage vows. In the previous religious ceremony, the widower with one child had already made the vows, but it had to be repeated.

"Yes, it is recommended (to repeat the vows), to complete the state administration requirements. And also to enhance the beauty of the marriage. If he only gets married religiously, it won't be implemented by the state, right?" said Hisbullatif.

As for the requirements, everything is complete. When Zaskia and Sirajuddin had their first ceremony, they couldn't hold a state wedding ceremony because the requirements were still outside of Java Island.

"At that time, there was still a lockdown. The requirements were still in Kalimantan. They hadn't arrived here yet," he added.
