After that, Nita poured out all her grievances about her financial situation during her marriage. Nita admitted that her hard work was controlled by her ex-husband.

"Do you still remember, father, how you used to take 40% of my earnings for 15 years? Do you still remember, father, how you controlled my finances, my own hard-earned money that I couldn't hold on to, everything had to go into your account? Do you still remember, all the assets I bought with my own sweat but couldn't be in my name, they all had to be in your name?
