Not Accepting Accused Pelakor, Ratu Meta Continues the Case and Doesn't Forgive Former Sister-in-Law

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Ratu Meta came to the South Jakarta Metro Police to consult on a report she had made regarding defamation. She refused to withdraw her report against her former sister-in-law, Selvi, who accused her of being a pelakor (a woman who steals someone else's husband or partner).

"No need to forgive, just continue. Other people give positive comments. Many comments from fans are positive. Except for (Selvi), those words are not wrong because you are the pelakor," said Ratu Meta when met at the South Jakarta Police, Wednesday (12/2).

The article used by Ratu Meta against Selvi is defamation and slander, and if proven guilty, Selvi must be prepared to receive a maximum punishment of up to four years in prison.

"We report it under the alleged Article 27 paragraph 3 jo 45 paragraph 3," said Ratu Meta's lawyer team, Apriwanto Manik.

2. Commented with Rude Words

As known, during the divorce process, Ratu Meta's post was commented by the account @selvi2348 with rude words, referring to herself as a third party intruder. Ratu Meta suspects that the account belongs to her former sister-in-law, Selvi.

After being warned, the owner of the account did not stop, as seen from Ratu Meta's subsequent posts and being commented rudely by Selvi. Therefore, because she did not learn her lesson, Ratu Meta chose to bring the issue to the legal realm and included evidence.
