Now a Judge on DA, Lesti Kejora's Payment Revealed for Her First Performance at a Celebration

The name Lesti Kejora is increasingly shining in the Indonesian dangdut scene. The woman born in Cianjur on August 5, 1999, has become one of the top dangdut singers who continues to be productive in her work. Lesti has also been appointed as a judge for Dangdut Academy 8, which will soon air on Indosiar.

However, of course, the success she has achieved now did not come instantly. Lesti admitted that there were many challenges and twists and turns she had to go through to reach her current position. But she considers it a process that needs to be undertaken to achieve success.

"Speaking of obstacles, it's a process for dedek (Lesti). A process and a learning experience so that dedek wants to keep learning, that's the motivation. Learning from things that fail," said Lesti Kejora in an interview with KapanLagi.com some time ago.

Lesti mentioned that she enjoys every process because she believes it is a scenario that God has planned for her.

"If we talk about that (obstacles), there are so many, but just enjoy it. And it really doesn't feel like anything when dedek goes through it and finally dedek just enjoys what Allah has prepared for dedek. So yeah, that's the process," she added.

While reminiscing about her early days performing from one event to another, Lesti revealed how much she was paid at that time. Starting from performing for free to finally being able to earn 500 thousand rupiah in one day.

"It used to start from not being paid, then it increased to 15 thousand, then 20 thousand, 50 thousand. Until the last time, my younger sibling reached a maximum of 500 thousand a day because there were several stages," explained Rizky Billar's wife.

"And usually, if I get 500 thousand or 600 thousand, in the morning my younger sibling would sing Sundanese songs first and then in the afternoon dangdut," concluded Lesti.
