Officially Divorced, Rizki DA and Nadya Mustika Agree to Co-parent

Kapanlagi.com - Twin dangdut singer Rizki 2R has just officially become a single father. It is known that he and his ex-wife, Nadya Mustika, have officially divorced and the hearing was held at the Bandung State Religious Court, West Java, not long ago.

When met in the Gambir area, Central Jakarta, Monday (13/12), Rizki finally spoke up about his divorce. Unfortunately, this single father is tight-lipped.

"I don't want to talk much anymore, it's already good and let's pray that we won't be together, hopefully always good," said Rizki.

Rizki also mentioned that there is no problem from both parties regarding the divorce decision. Including custody issues, they both agreed to raise their child together.

"There is no problem with custody, it's really not a problem, it's a responsibility that must be taken care of," he said.

According to Rizki, it is not a problem even though he and Nadya are no longer husband and wife. He also asked for the best prayers because that decision is the best way for both of them.

"Yes, definitely, taking care of the child together even though the status is different. Hopefully, pray for the best for us, this is the best way for both of us," he said.

3. Child Custody

In his lawsuit, Rizki DA does not demand anything other than divorce. Therefore, the court decided to grant custody of their child to Nadya Mustika, considering the child's young age.

"The child is determined to be with the mother," said Mustofa, the spokesperson for the Bandung Religious Court during a virtual interview with the media on Friday (10/12).

Rizki DA himself does not have any issues with the court's decision to grant custody to his ex-wife. Considering that in his lawsuit, Rizki DA only wants a divorce and does not include any claims for property or child custody.

4. Not Suitable

Rizki DA's divorce application has been submitted on November 23, 2021 at the Religious Court of Bandung. After the confusion surrounding Rizki's reasons for divorce, who accused that baby Syaki is not his biological child, Mustofa as the Public Relations of the Religious Court of Bandung revealed the actual facts.

"The reason is because there is no compatibility anymore, there is no mutual understanding. That's the main point, but the details will be revealed during the trial," said Mustofa in a virtual press conference regarding the divorce of Rizki DA and Nadya Mustika, as quoted from Insertlive.

5. Divorce

From Mustofa's confession, it is known that Rizki DA has pronounced talak (divorce) to Nadya several times. However, it is not considered valid because it was not spoken in court as the applicable procedure.

"In court, what is said outside the court is not considered as divorce. So, divorce is considered valid after there is a court decision and the husband has pronounced talak in front of the court," he explained.

"In the application letter, it is explained that talak has been pronounced twice due to disputes. But it is not considered as an official divorce. Because now, the official divorce is in the court, there is no term of talak no matter how many times the husband pronounces talak, it is not considered," he added.
