Arif admitted feeling restricted because Evi's jealousy is excessive and prevents him from moving freely. Not only jealous of women, Evi is said to be jealous of men as well.

1. Jealous

Not only jealous of humans, Arif also mentioned that Evi gets jealous when he takes a long time in the bathroom. This makes him feel oppressed as if living in a prison.

"Women can be excessively jealous. Even when I spend a long time in the bathroom, she gets jealous. Being friends with a man, she gets jealous. Being friends with a woman, she gets jealous. Okay, jealousy is a sign of affection in a relationship. But why does it have to be excessive to the point that life feels like being imprisoned," he wrote.

2. Helpless

As a father of one, he also admitted that he cannot do anything about his wife's jealous nature. He feels useless being the husband of an artist.

"Indeed, in this world, it's just the two of us who want to live. I thought it wouldn't be like this. Life requires adaptation, process, not just our selfish desires that we want to follow. It's difficult being the husband of an artist but feeling useless and powerless. I can only keep it to myself," Arif continued.

3. Spice of Life

But Arif considers all his problems with Evi as a spice of life. Because nothing is instant in this world.

"There is nothing instant in life. Instant noodles are called instant but they are not instant, because after we cook them, we have to add spices to make them taste good," he said.
