After being announced as the winner in the Most Popular Female Dangdut Singer category, Lesti, who couldn't attend the studio that night, delivered her winning speech through a video.
"Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Indonesia Dangdut Awards 2022 for giving me such incredible trust," said Lesti via the Indosiar YouTube channel.
"Thank you to Indosiar, Ms. Siwi, Lesti Lovers, extended family, mom and dad, who have always supported me until now, thank you," she continued.
"And for the others, I dedicate this trophy to my son Abang L and his father Abang L (Rizky Billar). Thank you all," concluded Lesti.
Netizens immediately congratulated the champion of D'Academy season one. According to them, regardless of the household issues that occurred, Lesti remains one of the talented dangdut singers with quality works.

In addition to winning the award in the Most Popular Female Solo Dangdut Singer category, this mother of one also won awards in the Most Popular Dangdut Song and Most Popular Dangdut Music Video categories, both with the song 'Sekali Seumur Hidup'.
