Proven Clean From Drug Abuse, Saipul Jamil Appointed as Anti-Drug Ambassador?

Kapanlagi.com - Saipul Jamil visited the West Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (12/1). His visit is still related to his recent arrest by the police in West Jakarta area.

When asked, Saipul Jamil stated that he has forgiven and does not have any problem with the incident. Moreover, from the conducted tests, the 43-year-old singer was not proven to have consumed drugs as initially suspected.

Because he has been proven clean from those illegal substances, Saipul Jamil was appointed as an anti-drug ambassador. However, Saipul Jamil stated that whether he is appointed or not, he will still fight against drugs to save the younger generation.

"(Becoming an anti-drug ambassador?) That's if, but even if I am not appointed as an ambassador, I am ready to participate in drug awareness campaigns, I don't need to be an ambassador, I just want to do the right thing," said Saipul Jamil.

When asked further, Saipul Jamil stated that he has been sincere and forgiven the officers who apprehended him at that time.

"That's why today I was invited (to the West Jakarta Metro Police) and actually we met at the Tambora Police Station, they apologized and I was deeply moved, mashallah it's rare for someone to admit their mistakes. I responded warmly," he said.
