Ratu Meta Reminds Ex-Husband to Immediately Provide Child Support

Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Ratu Meta underwent an examination regarding her report against her ex-husband at the Subdit Renakta Polda Metro Jaya on Friday (1/7/2022).

As is known, Ratu Meta reported her ex-husband, identified as W, for alleged child neglect under Article 49 of Law Number 23 of 2004.

"Today in the BAP, we discussed the alleged child neglect committed by Mr. W, which has been ongoing since the child was 4 months old and he has never met his father or provided child support," said Ferryawansyah, Ratu Meta's legal representative, after the examination.

1. Submit Evidence

In the BAP, in addition to answering the investigators' questions regarding her report, Ratu Meta also submitted various pieces of evidence.

"Earlier, we provided evidence such as birth certificates, family cards, and court decisions that he must pay for child support costs outside of health and education expenses," said Ferryawansyah.

2. Serious About Imprisoning Ex-Husband

By attending the investigators' summons, Ferryawansyah continued, it is evidence of Ratu Meta's seriousness about imprisoning her ex-husband.

Ferryawansyah also urged W to quickly respond and fulfill his duties as a husband before the police name him as a suspect.

3. Do the Best Possible

"Here we have done our best and we hope that Mr. W will respond to our seriousness," he said.

"We ask Mr. W to provide clarity as soon as possible before the investigator determines the suspect. This means there is still a chance. Because
Earlier, we had a dialogue with the investigator as soon as possible, God willing, the status will soon be raised as a suspect," said Ferryawansyah.

4. Forced Legal Route

Meanwhile, Ratu Meta, who was accompanied by her legal counsel, said that she was forced to take legal action because she had often been given false promises by her ex-husband.

"This may be a question for friends, why not before? I have done it before. Every time I ask, I always get stood up," said Ratu Meta.
