Nirina Zubir Asks for Clarification from State-Owned Enterprises Regarding Loan Funds, Is it Appropriate for an Employee to Receive Money from a Customer?

Kapanlagi.com - The trial of the land mafia case involving the family of Nirina Zubir is still ongoing. This time the trial was held again at the West Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (28/6).

After the trial, Nirina said that she wanted to ask for clarification from State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) regarding the employee performance mechanism in a bank. She questioned whether it was allowed or not for bank employees to receive money from customers.

"There is one question that I really want to ask the branch manager," said Nirina Zubir.

"Actually, the branch manager who was in charge at that time did not come today. But, I want to ask," she continued.

The question arose after she listened to the testimony of a bank employee presented by the prosecutor in the trial. In his testimony, the employee mentioned about loan funds and customer tips that Nirina Zubir did not understand.

"Is it appropriate for an employee to receive money from a customer? Is there really a loan fund? I really want to know. Please clarify," she said.

2. Nirina Openly

Therefore, Nirina Zubir is open to anyone who can provide an explanation. She is communicating through any media to find out the clarity related to the bailout funds.

"So to the branch manager of the bank, SOE, please explain. Yes, please communicate with me through DM or whatever way. I want to know if the bailout funds exist? Is it reasonable for an employee to receive funds from their customers?" she said.

3. Bank Seizure

In addition, her curiosity increased because some of her assets were still seized by the bank as collateral. The seizure was made as collateral for the loans of the defendant, Riri Khasmita, and her husband, Edrianto, who were accused of embezzling Nirina Zubir's land certificate.

"Because some of my documents are still with this SOE bank. So, I question how strange all of this is," she said.
