However, there are rumors that this senior dangdut singer has just passed away. The news spread through chain messages on WhatsApp and then went viral on social media. And because of that, many people thought that the singer of the song Gula-Gula had indeed passed away. 

Of course, the news of Elvy Sukaesih's death is nothing but a lie or hoax. The family denied the news by uploading several moments of the 63-year-old singer sunbathing at her home.

1. Latest Condition of Elvy Sukaesih

Fitria Sukaesih, Elvy Sukaesih's daughter, shared a video of her sunbathing with her mother. She also revealed that Elvy is still in good health.

"Hello everyone, Tria with Umi Elvi, why are we still wearing masks? Not because we're sick, but because we're close to each other. So, the hoax news that someone spread is false. Alhamdulillah, Umi Elvy is healthy and may she live a long life," Fitria said on her Instagram.

2. Concerned About Many Parties

Upon hearing the unpleasant news, as a child, Fitria was very angry when Elvy Sukaesih was reported to have passed away. She is concerned about many people who will be shocked by this news.

"Please think about our brothers and sisters, many families who love Umi will be shocked to hear such false news. The world of hoaxes, the world of lies, the world of upside down, the world of stage drama," she said.

Elvy Sukaesih, who was beside her daughter, finally responded. She said that she is currently in very good health.

"Umi is healthy. Alhamdulillah, this is the power of prayers that Umi loves. I hope everyone else can feel as healthy as Umi," Elvy Sukaesih said.

Not long ago, Fitri reported the latest condition of her mother. Through her Instagram, she shared a moment when Elvy was sunbathing in her backyard. 

"Good morning, sunbathing," wrote Fitria.

"May you be healthy and blessed," wrote Fitria Sukaesih.
