Rizky Billar Never Forces Lesti About Having a Child: It's a Heavy Burden for a Wife

Kapanlagi.com - Rizky Billar and Lesti Kejora have just held a thanksgiving event for their wedding. The thanksgiving event was also held in 2 concepts, namely Sundanese and international customs. Holding an event in the midst of a pandemic situation caused Lesti and Billar to postpone their plans several times.

The originally planned 2000 guests could not be present in order to comply with health protocols. However, Lesti expressed gratitude because the series of wedding events went smoothly.

"Alhamdulillah, dedek is very happy that everything went well. Not 100%, but as humans we can only plan, there will definitely be shortcomings. But all of that is taken as a lesson for the future. For example, if there are other events, we have to do better," said Lesti as quoted from the POLES broadcast, (30/8).

"Because in the current situation it is indeed difficult. We wanted to meet many people with the initial plan, with 2000 invitations and all. But it's okay," she continued.

When asked about their plan to have children, Lesti and Rizky Billar both surrender to God. They are not delaying nor rushing to have a child.

In that occasion, Rizky Billar also revealed a fact that he never forced the issue of offspring on Lesti Kejora. According to him, it is not an easy thing for a wife to give birth to a child.

"Actually, I never forced my wife to have a child. Because the burden is very heavy for a wife to give birth to a child," said Billar.

"For example, let's say if she doesn't want to give birth to my child, I never force her. I will still be happy with her. But if it is given, then it is a gift from Allah for us. A trust that we must take care of," added Rizky Billar.
